These are taken from the abandon Takakonuma Greenland Park of Japan. The park opened in 1973 and shut down only after two years of service; common lore says that the rides were due to many accidental deaths. It was reopened in 1986 and closed thirteen years later. The park is not located on any maps and is now surrounded by radiation due to the Fukushima meltdown after the tsunami.

I feel like I might have trouble recognizing me if not for the fact that I’m attached to myself. It’s fascinating how costumes and expressions can make you appear to be a whole other person. I often try to look as far from my normal self as possible when I cosplay.

And yeah, some of these I haven’t posted about before. I have a horrendous mound of overdue photos and updates. Hahah! I haven’t even touched on the Panty & Stocking cosplay Miguel and I did. In my defense, it was his idea.
